Our mission is simple: deliver the nation’s premier travelball tournament experiences, designed for athletes, families, and coaches who want more than just another weekend of games.
We specialize in hosting events with one core focus: providing the best tournament experience in the country for everyone attending. Every event is built around three things: efficiency, quality, and experience. In certain instances we will add 13u and 14u divisions depending on the venues in cities we host annual events in.
From streamlined logistics and clear communication to fair game lengths and on-site tournament directors, we take care of the details so you can focus on the game whether you’re a player, coach or spectating family member. There are too many event operators offering subpar events taking advantage of the youth sports industry and our goal is to disrupt this all to common and unfortunate occurrence. We advocate for those spending the money that fuels youth sports and providing an experience everyone leaves wanting to know when and where our next events are.
Our tournaments well rarely be scattered across a multitude of complexes that normally requires endless driving for families. We will always host at the best possible facilities, giving young players access to the best playing environment while making it easier for families to enjoy their time together both on and off the field. In essence, we thrive where mega-tournaments can’t deliver.
Future Prospects is about more than sports.
It is about growth. Players build confidence, compete at the highest level, and learn lessons in teamwork and leadership that last long after the final out.

My own journey started in 1985 with a tee, a glove, and a dad who cared enough to be my coach. Those simple moments turned into Little League All-Star games, a Nevada State Championship, and eventually a chance to pitch for the University of Hawaii Warriors. Baseball gave me opportunities I will never forget.
Future Prospects was born from a vision to give back and create the kind of tournaments I wished existed when I was a kid. After years of running events and watching the youth baseball landscape change, I knew the time had come to raise the standard.

Sam Banister-Collaro
Sam is a 2-time NCAA Division 1 National Champion at the University of Arizona, and former professional softball player with the Akron Racers in the National Pro Fastpitch league (2009), who brings over a decade of Softball exposure events, camps, clinics, coaching, leadership, and athlete development experience to our team. Everything that younger fastpitch softball players today may aspire towards, Sam has lived the process and lends fantastic perspective to our team and our audience adding significant value to our softball initiatives. She currently serves as the Varsity Softball Coach at a nationally recognized institution in Sunrise, FL, where she mentors high school athletes on fundamentals, work ethic, and character.
As founder of Bases Loaded West Coast and a former Director of the Florida chapter of Bombers Fastpitch, Banister-Collaro has designed premier training programs, operated competitive teams, and guided countless athletes through the college recruiting process. Her background also includes years of private instruction, where she has developed youth through elite-level players with a focus on skill, confidence, and long-term growth.
Baseball is our foundation, but it is only the beginning. Future Prospects will expand into fastpitch softball, basketball, volleyball, soccer, lacrosse, flag football, and more.
We are bringing the same energy, excellence, and organization to every sport we touch. Our goal is to create platforms where young athletes of all sports can showcase their talent, grow as leaders, and make memories that last a lifetime.
